In GymYou you can track four values in the exercises.
Almost all possible exercises are covered with these four values.
- Weight
- Reps
- Distance
- Time
For the exercises preinstalled by GymYou, the corresponding values are already activated.
If you create your own exercises, you have to decide for yourself which values you want to record in the exercise.
In addition to these four values, the duration of the exercise is always automatically tracked by default.
