Swap exercises during workout

Sometimes it happens that you want to adjust your plan for today’s workout a bit. Or often a certain exercise is occupied by someone else and you do not want to wait until it is free again, but continue directly with a similar exercise.

In GymYou you can easily swap exercises without completely messing up your workout routine. To temporarily swap an exercise for your upcoming or ongoing workout, follow these steps.

  1. In your workout, tap on the exercise you want swapped.
  2. Tap on the three dots icon at the top.
  3. Tap ‘Swap Exercise’
  4. Select your preferred new Exercise.
  5. Tap ‘Swap’

Your exercise is now swapped, which is indicated by the original exercise being crossed out.
