You can take notes either for an exercise in general or for a particular set. Although this may seem a bit redundant at first, we’ve included both variants as we think they both have different uses.
Take notes for the exercises if you want so memorise something for the exercise in general.
E.g. next time you want to increase the weight, or next time you want to remember that you wanted to test a slightly different type of grip.
- Tap the speech bubble icon to go to the notes view.
- Enter your note just as you would do with a text message ins some messenger app.
Make a note on a set if you want to document what pertains only to that set.
E.g. you could only do a lot fewer reps than planned. You can write down why in a note in case you wonder what happened in the future and don’t remember anymore.
- Tap on the set you want to take a note for.
- Enter your note in the ‘Notes’ field.
- Tap ‘Save’
