These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GymYou. By using the GymYou app you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use GymYou if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

General

Always consult an expert before starting a new workout or exercise (doctor, fitness trainer, etc.).

Exercising may cause injury or other medical problems. If you feel discomfort or pain, stop exercising and seek medical attention. GymYou will not be liable for any damages related to the use and content of the App. You acknowledge and agree that use of the GymYou App is at your own risk.

License

Unless otherwise stated, GymYou and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on GymYou. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from GymYou for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from GymYou
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from GymYou
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from GymYou
• Redistribute content from GymYou

You agree that all Services that contain copyrighted content, information and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright laws. You agree that you will not use or distribute such copyrighted content, information and materials in any manner other than as provided in the App.

The training and exercise information and images in the GymYou database may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, modified, sold, resold, distributed or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the express written consent of GymYou.

Third Party Content

Certain Services may display, contain or make available third party content, opinions, data, information, photos, applications or materials (user-generated content or otherwise) or provide links to certain third party websites. By using GymYou, you acknowledge and agree that the GymYou Developer and the GymYou Team or subcontractors are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating the content, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or other aspects of any third party information or websites. GymYou makes no warranties or representations and assumes no liability or responsibility to you or any other person for any third party services, information, content or websites or for any other materials, products or services provided by third parties. Third party information and links to other websites are provided solely as a convenience to you.

Hyperlinking to the GymYou App

With reservation, you may link to our home page, to the App or to other App information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; (c) fits within the context of the linking party’s site and (d) as long as it does not spread defamation, falsehood or exaggerated negative portrayal of the app.

In general no use of GymYou’s logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement or written permission.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our App. You approve to immediately remove all links to our App upon request. We also reserve the right to amen these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our App, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our App.

Warranty

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the GymYou App is at your own risk and that the entire risk as to satisfactory quality, performance, and accuracy rests with you. You expressly acknowledge and agree that GymYou does not give any warranty. The GymYou Developer and the GymYou Team or subcontractors hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions, express, implied or statutory, with respect to the GymYou App and any Services, including but not limited to the implied warranties and/or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

Liability Disclaimer

The services of the GymYou app do not constitute professional medical services or advice.

The exercises and related information and recommendations provided by GymYou are for informational purposes only and do not replace your doctor or fitness trainer. Always consult a competent professional (doctor, fitness trainer, etc.) before starting a new workout or exercise.

Under no circumstances will GymYou developers, teams or subcontractors be liable for any personal injury, health problems, or incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, business interruption, or other commercial damages or losses arising out of your use or inability to use the GymYou App and the services or exercises provided. You agree that you use the GymYou App at your own risk and voluntarily.

By downloading and using the GymYou App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the GymYou Developer, its subcontractors and employees for any accidents, injuries or direct or indirect damages of any kind that you may suffer.

You agree that your use of the GymYou App and Services is at your own risk and peril, and that GymYou, its developers, teams and subcontractors, or third party providers are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data collected from you through your use of the GymYou App.

Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)

By using the GymYou App, you expressly agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA).

Removal of links in GymYou

If you find any link on our App that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

Termination of Service

GymYou reserves the right to change, discontinue and/or terminate any Services at any time without notice.

Changes

GymYou reserves the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. You always agree to the current Terms of Service by using the GymYou app, so it is your responsibility to review this agreement frequently.
